A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a set number of times before you can withdraw. For example, a x5 wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳5,000 in total bets. At Joyawin, wagering requirements typically range from x3 to x5 — among the lowest in the market.

If an event is cancelled, suspended, or does not reach its conclusion, all bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Joyawin reserves the right to make the final decision on the outcome of any bet.

Joyawin takes a firm stance against all forms of fraud, match fixing, and account hacking. If a user is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, their account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

Joyawin's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Each tier requires a minimum level of monthly betting activity to enter and maintain. Tiers are reviewed at the end of each month and may change based on activity.

The personal account manager benefit for Diamond VIP members applies only while your account is actively at the Diamond tier. If your tier changes, custom offers from your previous tier will no longer be available. VIP tier benefits are non-transferable.
